Registering on-line as a GAMES member is a 2-step process!  First, you will enter company information and pay your member dues. THEN return to the registration page and enter your Primary Contact. 

GAMES Regular Members can also add up to 2 Additional Company Contacts.

Regular Member
    

GAMES Regular Members are independent, state, regional, and national companies that provide medical equipment services and care for patients at home. Annual dues are $350 and run on a calendar year basis.

A GAMES Regular Member company may register up to 3 individuals from the same location -one primary contact and 2 additional company contacts.  Regular Members may add branch locations for an additional $100 per branch.

GAMES Regular Members with additional locations may use this registration type to register branch locations. Each branch will need a unique name.  For instance a Regular Member "Community DME" could register a branch as "Community DME - Marietta location".

Your company must first register as a Regular Member! Branch dues are $100 annually.
Associate Member
    

If you supply products and services to independent, state, regional, and national companies that care for patients at home, then you should join GAMES today as an associate member!

Companies with more than one division servicing the home medical equipment market should register each division separately.
